Fraud or Criminal Proposals
Any e-mail that is received by CAMESE that is suspected of proposing fraudulent or other criminal activity is forwarded to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police/Ontario Provincial Police joint Phonebusters task force
http://www.phonebusters.com for that body to judge what further action is required. CAMESE cooperates fully with its Canadian police jurisdictions (RCMP
http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca , OPP http://www.opp.ca/english.htm , York Regional Police http://www.police.york.on.ca ) and will foward e-mail as required to the appropriate police body. CAMESE encourages all its members to be proactive in dealing with suspected criminal activity proposed via e-mail.
Spam (or unsolicited e-mail)
Any e-mail that is deemed by CAMESE as being spam is forwarded to CAMESE's Internet Service Provider, Primus
http://www.primus.ca. As well any e-mail that is suspected of being outside of Primus's acceptable use policy available at http://www.primustel.ca/en/legal/aup.htm will be fowarded to Primus for investigation. CAMESE reserves the right of legal action against anyone sending unsolicited e-mail of inappropriate volume.
