Major Wire Industries Limited
Innovative screen media solutions to maximize production

Major Wire manufactures and distributes premium-quality screen media to mining operations. Major Wire's high-performance screen media not only increases screen capacity and throughput, it also eliminates blinding, pegging and clogging while maximizing wear life and significantly reducing downtime. These innovative solutions include: 1)Flex-Mat® 3 in modular and tensioned versions. Constructed of polyurethane strips that bond independently vibrating wires, it provides up to 50% more screen capacity than woven wire and polyurethane panels and eliminates common problems for far better screening efficiency. Flex-Mat 3 Double-Wire utilizes two side-by-side wires to provide the same benefits in higher impact applications or when larger opening sizes are required. 2)OptimumWire®, the strongest woven wire in the industry, provides up to 40% longer wear life when compared to traditional woven wire. Double-Weave uses two side-by-side, lighter-gauge woven wires that wear longer and handle up to four times more impact than larger single-strand wire.
